Russian aid convoy reached Lugansk

Today, all the Russian trucks with humanitarian aid to Donbass people crossed the Ukrainian border and reached Lugansk city without waiting for further permission from the Ukrainian government. Before that Russian aid convoy were stuck at the Ukrainian border for a week.

Humanitarian convoy from Russia to Eastern Ukraine

The Russian convoy with 287 trucks with humanitarian aid will cross border of Ukraine and will follow to Lugansk controlled by pro-Russian separatists. The Russian convoy will follow under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
