15 refugees died near Lugansk in Donbass today

The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine reported today that at least 15 people died during the attack of a refugees convoy near Lugansk in Eastern Ukraine. The Ukrainian government accusing pro-Russian separatists.



The convoy of refugees was fired on August 18 on the route between Hryashchevatoye and Novosvetlovks settlements. Kiev reports that pro-Russian separatists shoot from the Russian "Grad" missile systems. The management of the Lugansk People's Republic of charge of attack of a convoy of refugees disproved. One of their leaders declared that they have no "Grad" missile systems at all, and they only use the equipment thrown by the Ukrainian army.
